The Ama Deus Ensemble Orchestra presents a magical instrumental concert of some of Mozart's best works. One of the most popular, and probably most famous, of his symphonies, No. 40, will kick off this exciting concert. Wolfgang Mozart wrote four concertos for horn. They were written for his friend Joseph Leutgeb, whom he had known since childhood, certainly a talented player because the concerti are considered extremely difficult. Paul Rosenberg will deliver fireworks with his virtuoso performance. Finally, Maestro Valentin Radu takes St. Katharine's new Bösendorfer grand piano to new heights with Mozart's complex and soaring Piano Concerto No. 23, composed in 1786, two months before his opera, Le Nozze di Figaro. This will be an evening of virtuosi performing live, the best way to enjoy music! Don't miss this thrilling end to our Season 34!
